We hope you will make plans to attend the largest hamfest in the NW South Carolina region. The Blue Ridge Amateur Radio Society's annual Hamfest is a popular event for the entire amateur radio community, with many different groups and vendors represented on site!
We are planning to have various activities happening throughout the day including:
- An ARRL Forum with Chuck Skolaut, K0BOG, Field and Regulatory Corr. from ARRL HQ
- An ARRL Information Table with Dr. Jim Boehner, N2ZZ SC Section Manager
- We are pleased to announce that Paul Greaves, W4FC, will attend the Hamfest to check QSL Cards
- Bingo
- SC Army MARS Presentation - There will be a MARS Forumn at 9:00 AM
- Information from the SC SSB Net.
- The Blue Ridge club will have a table inside for those who wish to sell used equipment but don't wish to buy a table. You may bring your equipment marked with a price and place it on the table and the club will try to sell the items for you. The club will keep 5% of the sale price to provide this service.
- Camping facilities are available for Friday night at a cost of $20.00
